Recruitment and supplying manpower process

What do GV Manpower run the process?

We work in close collaboration with both clients and candidates to complete all process in the professional way. So that we can choose suitable candidates for our clients and complete all procedures in short time and match to the production schedule of the clients.

Our goal is to build a long-term relationship based on providing our clients with a strong manpower value.

For providing candidates abroad legally, Employers should follow some produceurs

Step1: Agency Agreement  signing

Step 2: Provide below documents for submitting to Vietnam’s Ministry of Labour for Approval

(a) Demand letter

With details of the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation, etc.

(b) Power of Attorney

The employer authorizes GV Manpower on behalf to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery. The visa number and the date of issue should also be mentioned in the letter.
(c) Employment Contract

This is standard employment contract between employer and employee.

(d) Recruitment agreement or (Manpower Supply Contract)

(e) Employer’s business license (copy only)
